What the form collects

Your name, email address, chosen service and message, plus any optional phone number, budget, intended use or parts information you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Why it is used

If you ask for a quote or service for yourself, we use the necessary details to take steps you request before a contract and to carry out agreed work. This is our contract lawful basis. If you contact us for a company or another organisation, we use the necessary contact details in our legitimate interests in responding and managing that business relationship.

We also use limited enquiry information in our legitimate interests in protecting the form from misuse and keeping the service reliable. This does not decide whether you can become a customer. An enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Website visits, cookies and security

OpenAI Sites hosts this website and automatically records traffic, including counts of unique visitors and page views. Hosting and security services process technical details, such as your IP address and request information, to deliver pages, protect the website and provide traffic statistics. We use these services in our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website.

We do not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Our signed-out checks on 29 October 2026 found security cookies, but did not find the OpenAI appgarden visitor cookie on the public pages checked. This does not mean that hosting traffic statistics are switched off.

• __cf_bm: Cloudflare bot protection. It helps distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic and normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• cf_clearance: Cloudflare security-check results. It helps avoid repeating security challenges. Its expiry depends on the provider configuration; our browser check showed an expiry of approximately one year.

These cookies support website security. You can use your browser controls to remove or block cookies, although blocking security cookies may prevent access. We do not treat browser settings as consent to optional tracking. If optional storage or tracking is introduced, we will review the required visitor choices and update this notice before using it.

You do not need a ChatGPT account to browse or enquire. The separate owner sign-in uses OpenAI authentication and may involve additional OpenAI cookies and account information; that sign-in is not part of the ordinary enquiry process.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend sends enquiry details to our business Gmail inbox. Social and email links take you to separate services, which have their own privacy notices.

International handling

Information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. You can contact us for details about the relevant providers and applicable transfer safeguards.

How long we keep enquiries

Our policy is to delete enquiries that do not become jobs six months after the last contact, unless there is an ongoing reason to keep relevant information, such as an unresolved complaint. We record that reason and a review date. If your enquiry becomes a job, necessary information is kept with the appropriate job or financial records under its separate retention rules.

Deleting an enquiry from the active website database does not instantly erase provider backups or security logs. Providers retain those copies under their operational recovery, security and legal retention arrangements. Where we restore a backup, we apply our deletion record before using restored enquiry data. You can contact us for the applicable provider information.

Your information rights

Depending on the information and how it is used, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy. You can also object to uses based on legitimate interests. These rights have conditions and exceptions; some information may need to be kept for legal obligations or claims.

You can object to uses based on our legitimate interests by emailing us. We will assess and respond to your request; we do not promise that an email immediately disables hosting-layer processing on your device.
