The standard clean leaves major components and coolers in place. It excludes thermal-paste replacement, liquid-cooling work, power-supply opening, diagnostics and repairs. If we notice a concern while cleaning, we’ll point it out and discuss the next step. Cleaning does not guarantee a fix for an existing fault.
Before your appointment
Back up important files, tell us about existing problems, and bring any accessories we have agreed are needed for testing. We’ll go through the authorisation and handover form together.
